Policy Overview
SindhCare may support refund requests for paid appointments, online consultations or healthcare services where payment was successfully made but service was not delivered as expected.
Eligible Refunds
- Doctor or provider cancelled the confirmed appointment.
- Payment was deducted but appointment was not created.
- Duplicate payment was made for the same appointment.
- Online consultation could not happen due to provider-side issue.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Patient missed the appointment without prior notice.
- Patient provided wrong contact or appointment details.
- Consultation was completed successfully.
- Refund request was made after the allowed review period.
Cancellation
Appointment cancellation rules may vary by doctor, clinic or hospital. Some providers may allow rescheduling instead of refund depending on availability and timing.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take 7 to 14 working days depending on payment method, bank processing and verification requirements.
Important Notice
SindhCare may request appointment ID, payment proof and patient contact details before reviewing any refund request.
